PASTOR PATRICIA JACKSON
Pastor Patricia Jackson, second eldest of four children, was born and raised in Washington, D.C. Educated in the D.C. Public School, Pastor Jackson received her B.A. Degree from the University of the District of Columbia and Masters of Divinity from the Sword of the Spirit Bible Institute. Pastor Jackson attended the New Macedonia Baptist Church for over 30 years where she served in many capacities to include President, the Comforters of Christ, Vice President Missionary Society, Sunday School Teacher, President, Women’s Ministry and Member, Board of Christian Education. It was at the New Macedonia Baptist Church that she fell in love with Jesus, and accepted Him as her Lord and Savior.
She was employed by Covenant House Washington, where she served as the Director of Residential Services and presently services in a full-time capacity at The Life Changing Church.
In May of 1985 Pastor Jackson was married to the Pastor Herbert H. Jackson, Jr. They are the proud parents of two children, Whittney and Herbert III. In April of 1995, Pastor Jackson was licensed into the Ministry.
In November 1998, the Lord directed her Husband to organize and Pastor the Life Changing Bible Baptist Church, where she presently co-labors with her husband as the Executive Pastor. At Life Changing, Pastor Pat, as she is affectionaly called, Ministers over Christian Education, Mid-week Service and Director of the Women’s Ministry, Women of Virtue.
Pastor Pat also serves on the Pastor’s Board of Go Tell It Ministries, Inc., under Bishop Corletta J. Vaughn of Detroit, Michigan; Teaches at the Sword of the Spirit Bible Institute, under the Directorship of Bishop Earl A. Ross. She is the collaborate author of “Behind the Makeup of a Leading Lady,” and author of her solo book entitled, “Go Get Your Life Back.” Pastor Jackson is the Founder/Director of The Radiance Group International, a organization that takes women from “Dust to Diamonds.”
Pastor Jackson is an anointed preacher and teacher and is often sought after to facilitate conferences, retreats, Revivals and workshops. Her prescription for life is recorded in Matthew 6:33, “But seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness and all these things will be added unto you.”
